Yes, our pricing is tiered. The more you buy of a single SKU, the lower the unit price becomes. For pallet-sized orders, please contact our logistics team directly.
Are your fragrance oils and essential oils IFRA compliant?
Absolutely. We provide IFRA certificates and SDS sheets for all our aromatic ingredients to ensure your finished cosmetic products meet safety standards.
What is your return policy on raw ingredients?
To maintain product integrity and safety, we cannot accept returns on raw ingredients, liquids, or bases once the tamper-evident seal is broken.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international territories. Shipping rates and customs duties are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
How can I track my shipment?
