At Wholesale Supplies Plus, we stand behind the quality of our professional soap and cosmetic making ingredients. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Review Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, sealed packaging; due to safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened raw materials, fragrances, or essential oils.
Request Authorization
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request or contact our customer service team for assistance.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the authorized items in a sturdy shipping box with the original packing slip and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Refund
Send your package via a trackable shipping method; once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
